Product Warranty Each Wyse Winterm comes with a 3 year warranty from date of purchase. Be sure to keep your invoice with the purchase date if you need to make a repair.
RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorisation) Requests
In warranty: all request for repairs are logged via the Wyse web site at: https://www.wyse.com/serviceandsupport/service/rmarequest.asp
Out of warranty: Option to log a non-warranty call is available at https://www.wyse.com/serviceandsupport/service/rmarequest.asp
Note: The terminal serial number is required for all call logging (including PSU's, keyboards and mice) You will be issued an RMA number and instructions to send it to AWCR for repair and return
